Our Mission
To share the love of God, build Christ-centered relationships, teach biblical principles and morals to result in a change of mindset, attitude and lifestyle.

We are a ministry serving the homeless and residential poor of Dallas in body and soul. It is our desire to build relationships in order to teach and impart biblical principles they can apply to their lives to get back on track. We believe the whole person must be ministered to and healed in order to see lasting freedom; body - spirit - and soul.
- We reach out to the homeless and residential poor on Saturdays at Solomon's Porch with a hot breakfast and lunch, clothing ministry, hygiene ministry, prayer, teaching, preaching, evangelism, and children's outreach.
- Our children's outreach, Sidewalk Celebration, is growing and flourishing as we reach out to the children in the neighborhood in an effort to break the cycle of homelessness and addiction. We are teaching hope and Truth and encouraging them in the abilities and talents they have been given so they may succeed.
- We started Mercy Seat Church, a body of Christ consisting of many people without homes that have been raised up at Solomon's Porch. Mercy Seat offers teaching, discipleship and worship for those who are not always welcome in conventional churches due to their appearance and situation. Here, they are discipled and taught biblical morals, teamwork, responsibilities and how to love one another.
- We have most recently purchased a 16 unit apartment complex that we are in the process of converting into a discipleship house for men who are coming out of rehab and recovery programs. We provide furnished and equipped apartments to the residents and assist them with job searches, life skills and mentoring. This gives them an opportunity to get on their feet and move forward instead of being released back to the streets and old patterns of defeat. We also are providing emergency housing to a family with children who found themselves without a home.

Discipleship teaches people how to dream again for their lives. It helps to instill in them a mindset that, instead of being chained by choices from the past, they can be set free by the love and grace of God. We disciple the restored to go out and reproduce themselves and reach out to the lost and broken world accomplishing the mission of Isaiah 61:4....
"And they shall rebuild the old ruins,
They shall raise up the former desolation's,
And they shall repair the ruined cities,
The desolation's of many generations."
